The following terms and conditions will apply to all bookings. We ask you take a moment to read them prior to making a reservation. Please pay attention to our payment and cancellation policies as well as the other terms and conditions marked in bold in this document. In these terms and conditions, which apply to all reservations, the following words shall mean:
\n\u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201d means your reservation confirmation read together with these Terms & Conditions;
\n\u201cGuest<\/strong>\u201d means the person who is \/ or will be accommodated at the Hotel;
\n\u201cHotel<\/strong>\u201d means The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest;
\n\u201cTerms & Conditions<\/strong>\u201d means the terms and conditions of stay contained herein.
\nBy signing the Registration Card or\/and your online consent for making a reservation, the\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0agrees that has been informed about the Hotel\u2019s applied\u00a0Terms & Conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
\nReservations must be made in advance. Quotations for accommodation will be based on availability as at the date and time of quoting.
\nGuests<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a reservation confirmation, in writing, once the reservation has been secured via payment of a deposit (credit card preauthorization, wire transfer, cash at the reception, credit card payment at the reception or online) \u00a0or presentation of a travel voucher (for all bookings made through a travel agent or tour operator).<\/p>\n

CHARGES, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
\nRates quoted by The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest are expressed inclusive of VAT (9%)\u00a0 and city tax (2%). Rate lists for additional items, such as laundry service and minibar, are available on request or are displayed at the relevant location within the Hotel<\/strong>.
\nThe method of payment depends on the choice of reservation type and the respective payment terms may vary depending on the type of reservation.
\nThe\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to pay the accommodation amount to\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0for the entire accommodation upon arrival at the place of accommodation and for any further
\nrequirements or costs incurred by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>, either in cash or by
\ncredit card, or to pre-authorize the payment card. If the deposit has already been paid to secure the reservation, the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0pays the accommodation balance to the full amount upon arrival at the hotel. Actual costs are usually payable in the local currency of the hotel or in euro, \u00a0in accordance with the appropriate reservation process. Alternative currency prices are indicative and are used to estimate and weigh costs, they are based on\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0internal exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
\nThe Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is obliged to pay the rate for accomodation and provided services in accordance with the valid rate list, but at the latest on the day of the end of the stay on the basis of the
\npresentation of the account, together with the statement of the deposits provided by the\u00a0Guest<\/strong>, unless otherwise confirmed in a written form by\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g.
\ninvoice payment).
\nIf the credit card does not have sufficient funds to complete the selected reservation, then such reservation is canceled and therefore invalid. The same applies if\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0credit card has an invalid expiry date or the expiry date expires before the date of arrival at the hotel selected at the time of the reservation.
\nBy completing the reservation,\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0entitles\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0to withdraw the
\noutstanding amount of the cancellation fee from the credit card provided, as stated above.
\nReservations must be secured by payment of the accommodation costs or by way of
\na travel voucher (for reservations made via tour agents or tour operators). Payment may be made via electronic funds transfer (into the bank account shown on the proforma invoice) or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards.
\nShould a\u00a0guest<\/strong>\u00a0fail to pay such deposit or present a travel voucher by the due date, the\u00a0Hotel\u00a0<\/strong>may treat the reservation as having been cancelled without further notice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ARRIVALS
\nCancellations to any reservations must be made in writing.\u00a0The Guest<\/strong>\u00a0shall be liable for and pay to\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0a cancellation fee, the amount as described by the The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest at the time of reservation confirmation.
\nAll rooms that have been confirmed will be held for the first night on the scheduled date of arrival at which time\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0may re-let the room without further notice, unless notified of a late arrival.<\/p>\n

MODIFICATIONS TO BOOKINGS
\nModifications to any reservations must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PUBLIC PARKING & REST OF AREAS<\/p>\n

As\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0doen\u2019s have it\u2019s own parking, The Mansion Boutique Hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles left in the public car parks around the Hotel.\u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0advises\u00a0Guests<\/strong>\u00a0to make sure that the car is properly locked and secure.\u00a0Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0also recommends not leaving personal belongings in the car.\u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is not responsible for third party damages caused by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0in the public car parks.\u00a0The Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is obliged to behave in such a way as to prevent damage to health, property, nature and the environment.
\n8.\u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is not responsible for any damage caused by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0outside the
\npremises of the hotel.<\/p>\n

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICIES

The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to accommodate a\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0or visitor who duly subscribes in accordance with these conditions. On arrival at the hotel reception (check-in),\u00a0the guest<\/strong>\u00a0will provide a proof of identity (ID card, passport or driving license) to the authorized employee of the
\nHotel<\/strong>\u00a0at the reception desk.
\nThe Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to fill in and hand over the registration card at the reception, according to the Romanian Law, as amended, all the required data must be presented truthfully
\nand completely by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>. Fail to do so, the reservation will be treated as a \u2018\u2019non-show\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in or in the day of chek out (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out).
\nThe Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest can accommodate\u00a0guest\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0luggage complimentary in a secure location until the room is ready.
\nShould you need to confirm an earlier arrival than\u00a0the hotel<\/strong>\u2019s standard check-in time or a
\ndeparture later than noon, please contact\u00a0the hotel<\/strong>\u00a0directly in advance. If you plan to arrive
\nearlier than\u00a0the hotel<\/strong>\u2019s check-in time and want to guarantee that you would be able to check
\ninto your room upon arrival, we would advise you to reserve the night prior to the date of
\narrival.
\nExceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra
\ncharges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and\/or an extra night\u2019s charges being applied to your bill.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CHILDREN POLICY
\nThe hotel accepts only children 14 years old and over.The Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is not allowed to leave children without adult supervision in the hotel room or other public space.<\/p>\n

DAMAGE TO OR REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
\nGuests<\/strong>\u00a0will be responsible for any damage caused to\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0room or any furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>, his\/her invitees, subcontractors or guests. Should this damage come to light after\u00a0the guest<\/strong>\u00a0has departed,\u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to make a charge to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u2019s credit or debit card.
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to charge\u00a0Guests<\/strong>\u00a0the cost of replacing any items that are removed from\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to take action against any\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0found to have tampered \/interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.\u00a0Guests<\/strong>\u00a0found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>.
\nShould the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after\u00a0the guests<\/strong>\u00a0has departed, \u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to make a charge to the\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u2019s credit or debit card.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

LAUNDRY SERVICE
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to refuse to treat laundry that is excessively dirty or damaged.\u00a0The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0or his supplier (dry cleaner), is not responsible for distorted dyeing (ecological colors), buttons or decorative buckles damaged during the cleaning process.
\nClaim for refund for damages or losses arising from the fault of the treatment plant can reach a maximum of five times the price for cleaning or washing the given laundry.<\/p>\n

LOST PROPERTY
\nIf\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0staff find any personal effects, goods left behind by a Guest or any other lost
\nproperty,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0will retain such items and if an item is not reclaimed with the 3 months of\u00a0the Gues<\/strong>t\u2019s departure it will be disposed of by\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0at its discretion.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BEHAVIOUR
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0or invitees of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0who must take all steps necessary for corrective action as requested by\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>. In the event of failure to comply with management\u2019s request,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0may terminate a reservation or a function immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0cannot accommodate guests under the influence of alcohol or\/and any narcotic and psychotropic substances.The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to immediately cancel the accommodation of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0without any compensation towards to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>(s).
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0cannot accommodate guests for aggressive\/insultive verbal,non-verbal or physical behaviour at the check-in,during their stay and\/or on check-out day .The Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to immediately cancel the accommodation of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0without any compensation towards to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>(s).<\/p>\n

NO DISCRIMINATION
\nIt is the policy of\u00a0the Hotel\u00a0<\/strong>not to discriminate on the grounds of race, color, nationality, sex,
\nmarital status, age, ethnic origin or disability and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our\u00a0guests<\/strong>\u00a0to protect them from inappropriate behavior.\u00a0The Guest<\/strong>, his\/her
\nemployees, guests and sub-contractors engaged by or on behalf of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0are expected to adhere to this policy regarding the atitude toward our staff and\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0may, without incurring any liability to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>, immediately remove from\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0any person(s) offending against this policy. Should any actions by a\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0be deemed inappropriate by the our staff member(s), or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0Manager,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OCCUPANCY POLICY
\nGuests<\/strong>\u00a0who revise\/reduce confirmed room requirements are required to provide adequate notice (prior to planned arrival) as per amendment policy given below, to avoid forfeiting full payment for the number of rooms committed as per the reservations confirmation.
\nThe number of\u00a0guests<\/strong>\u00a0accommodated in any room will be strictly limited at a maximum of 2 (two) persons per room and applied as stated on the reservation confirmation. Limitations have been established for health, safety of our guests , the design and operational reasons of\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0and are at the sole discretion of The Mansion Boutique Hotel.\u00a0Guests<\/strong>\u00a0agree that if the numbers of occupants attempting to check into\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0are in excess of the confirmed reservation or if coming to check in with children under the age of 14,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0will not be held responsible nor be expected to accept additional numbers.
\nTo avoid disputes at check in, please carefully scrutinize the reservation confirmation provided, which clearly states dates, rates and number of\u00a0guests<\/strong>. We will always attempt to accommodate changes and the needs of our\u00a0guests\u00a0<\/strong>, but cannot be held responsible for accommodation requirements that do not agree with the reservation confirmation that has been provided.
\nShould the\u00a0guests<\/strong>\u2019 party fail to check in as a result of dispute concerning amendments to a confirmed reservation or because of excess in numbers \u00a0of guests and\/ or if\u00a0the guest<\/strong>\u00a0is coming for check in with a child\/ children under the age of 14 the reservation will be treated as a \u201cno show\u201d and no refund will be applicable.<\/p>\n

DISABILITY POLICY
\nHaving not an elevator, The Mansion Boutique Hotel is not suitable for people with physical disabilities.<\/p>\n

PETS POLICY<\/p>\n

Only service dogs are allowe within The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest premises.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

NO SMOKING & NO FIRE POLICY<\/p>\n

\u201eSmoking<\/strong>\u201d means the use of a cigarette, iqos, glo, electronic cigarette, vapo cigarette, cigar, nargileh etc.
\nSmoking<\/strong>\u00a0is strictly prohibited in all rooms or public areas of the hotel including bathrooms, corridors, stairs and lobby area.Smoking is permitted on specific designated exterior public areas, but not in the imediate vicinity of the\u00a0Hotel entrance<\/strong>.
\nA ban and deep cleaning fee charges may occur on smoking and\/ or the use of any narcotic and psychotropic substances in\u00a0the hotel<\/strong>. In the case of breach of the smoking ban or\/ and use of any narcotic and psychotropic substances on the premises of The Mansion Boutique Hotel,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to charge a deep cleaning fee of 200 EURO, to which\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0may add the value of the nights number the room could not be in use after smoking.<\/p>\n

Using any ignition, smoke or pyrotechnic source, including candles, incense, fireworks etc. is strictly forbidden in all the hotel area. Any violation or tentative of violation of this policy will result in charges starting 200EURO.<\/p>\n

Further,\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is entitled to inform the Local Police Department and immediately cancel the accommodation of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0who violated this ban without any compensation towards to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>(s).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

GUARANTEE POLICY
\nA valid credit card guarantee,deposit or prepayment is required at the time of reservation.
\nMasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards are accepted as a guarantee.<\/p>\n

LIABILITY
\nAll warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0shall have no liability to\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0and\/or\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u2019s invitees, visitors, employees, subcontractors or invitees for any special, indirect, consequential loss or damage. The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharet total liability shall, wherever permitted by law, be limited to the value of this Agreement.
\nThe Guest<\/strong>\u00a0shall indemnify\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0against any\/all liability and any claims, proceedings or
\ndamages resulting or arising from or by the reservation, function,\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>, his\/her invitees,
\nvisitors or any service provider engaged by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>.
\nGuests<\/strong>\u00a0are encouraged to lock their rooms at all times unattended.\u00a0Guests\u00a0<\/strong>should take
\nnote that\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0does not accept responsibility whatsoever for theft from\u00a0the Hotel
\n<\/strong>premises or from rooms\u00a0in the Hotel<\/strong>. The Guest is advised to have and is responsible for
\ninsurance to cover loss of baggage, personal belongings and money.
\nThe Guest<\/strong>\u00a0shall be responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein caused by or attributable to any act, omission, default or neglect of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>, his\/her invitees, visitors or service providers engaged by\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0and will pay to\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage. For the purpose of this clause, acts or omissions of the guests, invitees, employees and\/or subcontractors shall be deemed acts of\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FORCE MAJEURE
\nThe Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest shall not be in breach of this Agreement if it does not provide the services under this Agreement, and it shall be entitled to cancel a reservation if it is no longer able to provide the accommodation, due to one or more of the following circumstances:
\n1. any part of\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is closed due to fire, alteration or redecoration by order of any
\npublic authority or any reason beyond\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u2019s control;
\n2. there is a failure to supply\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0with gas, electricity or water outside of the\u00a0Hotel<\/strong>\u2019s
\ncontrol;
\n3.\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0is unable to fulfill the reservation as a result of industrial action by its staff or one
\nof its suppliers;
\n4. fire, lightning, explosion, riot or civil commotion, malicious damage, storm, tempest,
\nflood, burst pipes, earthquakes, or impact resulting in\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0being unable to provide
\nthe reserved facilities;
\n5.\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0or any part thereof is designated for alternate use.
\nIf any one of the events above occurs The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest will do its best to avoid any inconvenience.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION BY HOTEL
\nThe Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0shall be entitled to cancel any reservation immediately if a\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0is in arrears with payment to\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>, or if a\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0becomes insolvent or has an administrator appointed over his\/her affairs, or if\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0breaches any of the other of these\u00a0Terms and Conditions.
\n<\/strong>If\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0cancels the reservation for reasons other than as set out in these\u00a0Terms and Conditions<\/strong>, then it will use its reasonable endeavors to provide alternative facilities to the\u00a0Guest\u00a0<\/strong>at another hotel similar or comparable standard subject to such facilities being available.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

AIRPORT TRANSFERS & TOURS
\nAirport Transfers & Tours can be arranged via our website,\u00a0 via email, through your travel agent or tour operator, through the booking engine or at the reception desk.<\/p>\n

Payments for airport transfers will be prepaid at the hotel. Tours can be paid either at reception or directly to the tour company.<\/p>\n

\nGENERAL
\nFor security reasons, a camera system is used in the corridors and common areas of the\u00a0hotel<\/strong>. The use of recordings is regulated by applicable laws on the protection of personal data.
\nEmployees of\u00a0the hotel<\/strong>\u00a0are not entitled to provide any information about the accommodated
\nguests to third parties (except for police officers after their legitimation and demonstration of the merits of requesting such data) or to allow a third party to visit\u00a0the guest<\/strong>\u00a0without his\/her consent.
\nThe Mansion Boutique Hotel reserves the right to deduct any sums owed to it by\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0and the exercise of such right shall be without prejudice to any other rights which\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u00a0may have in terms of this Agreement or in law.
\nThe Agreement will be construed in accordance with Romanian law and\u00a0the Guest<\/strong>\u00a0agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest,Romania.
\nAny notice or invoice hereunder shall be duly served on either party if delivered to their last
\nknown address.
\nNo variation of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by, or on behalf of, each of the parties.
\nFailure to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right or remedy provided under this
\nAgreement by law to The Mansion Boutique Hotel Bucharest shall not constitute a waiver of that (or any other) right or remedy, nor shall it precluded or restrict any further exercise of that (or any other) right or remedy.<\/p>\n

FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS
\nWe are happy to receive your feedback, which you agree The Mansion Boutique Hotel\u00a0 is free to use without cost to reproduce, disclose and\/or distribute without limitation and for any purpose whatsoever including opinions, recommendations and know-how. We assure you of our prompt attention to resolve any complaints regarding reservations, cancellations, requested refunds etc if the complaint has been received within 03 days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the complaint.
\nIn the event that a\u00a0Guest<\/strong>\u00a0has a complaint during his\/her stay at\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>, he\/she must bring it to the attention of reception staff as soon as possible to allow\u00a0the Hotel<\/strong>\u2019s Manager the opportunity to address the issue during your stay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
